Is there a free trial?

Do you charge per recovered order or per visitor?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription. Run as much traffic as you want; we never meter conversions or visitors.
Why bring my own AI key?
Both AI chat and AI rule generation run on your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic key. AI conversations can rack up token bills fast on a flat-price SaaS, so we let you control the provider, model, and budget directly. RecartIQ never sees or stores your key in plaintext, and you only pay your provider for what you actually use — there are no per-rule or per-message fees from us.
Does it work on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, custom storefronts?
Yes — anywhere you can paste an HTML <script> tag. RecartIQ auto-detects Shopify and WooCommerce native events, and falls back to URL patterns + DOM heuristics for custom builds.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard or your Polar customer portal — your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, then stops charging.
Do you store my customers' personal data?
